A few corrections make to times in the program:
Friday - lunch, afternoon tea and welcome reception;
Saturday - lunch
Sunday - workshop outcomes added; adjustments made to most times

The entire site has been extensively revised. Note particularly that there is now

• a separate section with details about the workshops
• a new version of the program
• a new address, phone and fax number for Conference Plus

The conference program (including social events) and registration details is now available.
