 Melbourne transport

Public transport in Melbourne is supplied by a variety of companies but under a single ticketing system - The Met. A Metcard allows you to travel on any combination of Met trains, trams or buses. Fares are charged by zone and time.

A nice feature is the Destination tab. Select your starting and ending point and mode of travel (car - with or without tolls - or on foot). WhereIS will plot your route and provide you with a map, a list of instructions, the distance and your estimated travelling time.
